歡迎您使用「日本旅遊收據應用程式」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）。我們非常重視您的隱私權，並致力於保護您的個人資料。本隱私權政策將說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保護您的資訊。

1. 我們收集的資訊

為了提供並優化我們的服務，我們可能會收集以下類型的資訊：

    • 收據圖片：您透過相機拍攝或從相簿匯入的收據圖片。
    • 消費紀錄：您手動輸入或透過 OCR 辨識後確認的消費項目、金額、日期、類別等資訊。

  • 自動收集的資訊：
    • 裝置資訊：我們會在您首次使用 App 時，為您的裝置生成一個匿名的唯一識別碼（userId / deviceToken）。此識別碼不包含任何可用於直接識別您個人身分的資訊（如姓名、Email），僅用於區分不同裝置，以提供雲端同步等核心功能。我們也會收集裝置型號、作業系統版本等基本資訊，用於分析與改善 App 效能。
    • 使用狀況資料：關於您如何與本應用程式互動的資訊，例如使用的功能、點擊次數等，以協助我們改善使用者體驗。

2. 我們如何使用您的資訊

我們將收集到的資訊用於以下目的：

  • 提供核心功能：例如，使用您的收據圖片進行光學字元辨識（OCR）以提取消費資料、紀錄與管理您的消費、設定與追蹤預算。
  • 服務改善與個人化：分析使用數據以了解使用者偏好，進而改善 App 的功能與使用者體驗。
  • 客戶支援：在您需要協助時，回應您的問題與請求。
  • 安全與維護：保護我們的服務、防止詐欺或濫用行為。

3. 資訊分享與揭露

我們承諾不會將您的個人可識別資訊出售、出租或交易給任何第三方。但在以下情況下，我們可能會分享您的資訊：

  • OCR 服務供應商：為了提供收據辨識功能，您的收據圖片可能會被傳送至第三方的 OCR 服務（例如 Google Vision, Azure Vision）進行處理。這些供應商有其自身的隱私權政策，且只會為了執行服務而使用您的資料。
  • 法律要求：當我們基於誠信相信，為了遵守法律義務、保護我們的權利或財產、防止或調查可能的違法行為，或保護使用者或公眾的人身安全，揭露您的資訊是必要且適當的。

4. 資料安全

我們採用業界標準的安全措施來保護您的資料，防止未經授權的存取、修改、揭露或銷毀。這包括：

  • 傳輸加密：您的資料在傳輸過程中，皆使用 TLS/SSL 加密。
  • 存取控制：我們嚴格限制內部人員對使用者資料的存取權限。
  • 匿名化：我們使用匿名的裝置識別碼，而非您的真實身分資訊。

    • Receipt Images: Receipt images you capture with your camera or import from your photo library.

    • Trip and Budget Information: Trip names, dates, budget amounts, etc., that you create.
  • Information Collected Automatically:
    • Device Information: When you first use the app, we generate an anonymous unique identifier (userId / deviceToken) for your device. This identifier does not contain any information that can be used to directly identify you personally (such as name or email) and is used only to distinguish between different devices to provide core features like cloud synchronization. We also collect basic information such as device model and operating system version for analysis and to improve app performance.
    • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with this application, such as features used and clicks, to help us improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Core Features: For example, using your receipt images for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract expense data, record and manage your expenses, and set and track budgets.
  • Service Improvement and Personalization: Analyzing usage data to understand user preferences and thereby improve the app's features and user experience.
  • Customer Support: Responding to your questions and requests when you need assistance.
  • Security and Maintenance: Protecting our services and preventing fraud or abuse.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We promise not to sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information to any third party. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • OCR Service Providers: To provide the receipt recognition feature, your receipt images may be sent to third-party OCR services (e.g., Google Vision, Azure Vision) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and will only use your data to perform the service.
  • Legal Requirements: When we believe in good faith that disclosure of your information is necessary and appropriate to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

  • Encryption in Transit: Your data is encrypted using TLS/SSL during transmission.
  • Access Control: We strictly limit internal access to user data.
